Icon-pairings meme

Bought me some LJ-time, so I finally can do that icon-pairings meme that went round LJ a month ago.
Make a list of all the characters in your icons. (Although you may have more than one icon of a single character, they only go on the list once.) Alphabetize it. Take the first two people on the list; that's your first pairing. Second two people; second pairing. Etc.
Arthur Martin (SFU)/Claire Fisher (SFU) - Oh, that would be so wrong. Not impossible, given my girl Claire's bad track record in the dating department, but WRONG. (It didn't happen, did it?)
Drusilla (BtVS)/Gimli, son of Gloin (LotR) - Well, Dru is "a big ho", but Gimli really, really isn't. And he also has a big sharp axe and is not afraid to behead evil things with it. So it probably wouldn't work.
John Stewart (JL)/Legolas (LotR) - Hm, they would probably work well together after the initial confusion. And maybe there would be some post-battle shagging, but nothing lasting.
Lionel Luthor (SV)/Michael Mancini (MP) - OTP! Lionel would adore the the mix of deviousness and cluelessness that is Michael, Michael would adore Lionel's big...wallet.
My (Moomintrolls)/Remus Lupin (HP) - not a romantic couple, but they would work well as friends: he would be patient with and protective of her, she would call him on his bullshit when necessary.
Ruth Fisher (SFU)/Spike (BtVS) - Comedy Gold.
