trudeReally brief notes - I have a lot of thoughts, especially about Queen Anne, but I think I better wait until next week.
• A lot of fantastic Anne and Louis scenes this week, unfortunately only one with the two of them together.
• Scenes from the de la Fere marriage: I don’t think they’ll have any chance of lasting happiness together (unless this is the verse where they get deported to Australia together), but are we perhapts getting a Raoul/Mordaunt-hybrid next year?
• Sister Therese & Sister Helene forgery and booze-fic please?
• Oh no, they killed Doctor Sir Hallam! At least he outlived Lady Persie. And again, Lady Agnes WINS (even if the final episode of The Casual Vacancy wasn’t very good).
• It might be wishful thinking on my part, but I don’t think Anne’s distress at the end was about Aramis sleeping with another woman per se. It was about him withholding important information from her and thus contributing to the awful situation they are currently in.
