1. With all the weird uncanonical pairings that are out there, there is one I've never even seen mentioned: Drusilla/PuppetAngel. And that really should be written - preferably with her recreating the bondage/torture-scene from "What's my line".
2. Post NFA, I want Buffy to accidentally run into Lorne and stop him from committing suicide or get lost in self-pity and despair some other way. And then they bond and he moves in with her and makes hot cocoa and waffles when she needs it and takes her shopping on her birthday. Cause Buffy deserves a new mommy, dammit.
